IMPACT

Systematic ecosystem restoration. Durable economic assets.

By financing and constructing critical ranching infrastructure, the project transitions landowners from unsustainable land use to regenerative silvopasture. This operational shift does more than just secure a fixed annual income. It restores watershed mechanics, formalizes land titles, and builds a skilled technical workforce—generating high-additionality carbon assets through direct execution

The Economic Infrastructure

We do not offer charity. We offer a business transition. The project converts subsistence farming into high-value land management through direct capital injection.

  • Hard Infrastructure: We finance and build the necessary physical assets—fencing, water systems, and rotational silvopasture grids.
  • Revenue Structure: Landowners are not passive recipients. They are active partners receiving fixed annual payments and a share of carbon revenues structured via a Permanent Impact Trust to provide pension-grade financial security for families and their heirs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Our teams manage the legal and operational complexity. We handle the volatility; the community provides the land and labor. This creates a stable economic floor for local families.

Workforce & Technical Integration

A high-performance project requires a high-performance labor force. We integrate specific community demographics into critical operational roles.

  • Smallholders: Receive technical transfer on rotational grazing and soil management. They become certified operators of regenerative systems.
  • Women: Lead the technical nursery operations. We focus on specialized skills training and management roles, not just manual labor.
  • Youth: Staff the monitoring and research divisions. We train the next generation in technical data collection and biological asset management.
  • Associations: We work through established local governance to formalize land titles and ensure standardized execution across the region. This ensures our operations match the reality on the ground, guided by the people who know the land best.

Community operations require a stable regulatory environment. We secure this through formal frameworks with National Ministries (MIDAGRI, MINAM). This ensures compliance with RENAMI regulations. We also work with regional governments for territorial logistics and research institutions (INIA, UNAMAD) for scientific validation. We do not operate in a vacuum; we operate within the legal and technical bedrock of the Peruvian state.
