Your Revenue Options

We offer two distinct models. You choose the level of operational intensity that fits your business goals.

Option 1: The Hybrid Model (Silvopasture + Reforestation)

The Goal

  • Optimize your ranching while restoring value.

The Mechanics

  • We convert a portion of your land to high-yield native forest, while upgrading the remaining pasture with rotational silvopasture infrastructure.

The Gain

  • You receive infrastructure upgrades (fencing, water systems) and technical support. You continue ranching with better yields while generating income from the reforested zones.

Option 2: The Conservation Model (100% Reforestation)

The Goal

  • Exit cattle ranching and shift to passive asset management.

The Mechanics

  • We convert 100% of your eligible pasture to native rainforest.

The Gain

  • You make a complete transition away from livestock operational costs. This focuses entirely on ecological restoration, offering you a passive income model based on land payments and carbon revenue.

The Enrollment Process

Simplicity and Due Diligence.

We handle the administrative heavy lifting. We navigate the public registries and the legal frameworks so you don’t have to.

  1. Direct Contact: We meet you on the ground—at district meetings or directly on your farm—to explain exactly how the numbers work for your specific situation.
  2. Expression of Interest (EOI): You signal interest. This grants us a period of exclusivity to assess your land’s potential without binding you to a final contract yet.
  3. Technical & Legal Audit: We conduct the due diligence. We verify your land titles via SUNARP and assess legal status.
  4. Independent Counsel: We pay for you to receive independent legal advice. We want you to sign the Surface Rights and Permanence Agreements with full confidence.
  5. Execution: We formalize the partnership and begin operations.

Suitability and Eligibility

The Technical Audit.

We do not guess; we measure. Before investment begins, we conduct a full suitability scan of your property at our expense.

  • Legal Baseline: Your land must be titled and registered in SUNARP. We currently prioritize land outside restricted border zones but are processing approvals for border areas via our strategic alignment with MIDAGRI.
  • Biophysical Scan: We use high-resolution satellite imagery and on-site engineers to evaluate your soil conditions, slope, baseline biomass, and historic deforestation data.
  • The Blueprint: You receive a tailored Farm Management Plan. We map exactly where the silvopasture grids go and where the reforestation lines begin on your specific property.

Our Restoration Process

From nursery to soil. We own the execution.

Many projects rely on “set and forget” methods. We do not. We operate as an ecological construction firm. We manage every stage of the pipeline to ensure your forest survives and your asset performs.

  1. Site Preparation: We prepare your land and control invasive grasses that choke productivity.
  2. Precision Planting: We do not scatter seeds. We plant a scientifically validated mix of native tree species designed for maximum survival and carbon yield.
  3. Active Management: A tree in the ground is a long-term commitment. We provide the expert support, training, and resources to maintain the system on your land.
  4. Digital Verification: We monitor progress using satellite imagery, drones, and ground surveys. We count every hectare to ensure the project is delivering the financial and environmental returns we promised you.
