About the main partners
The AcClima Amazonia Peru Project is owned and operated by Imperative Peru S.A. All project activities, management decisions, and execution are led by the Imperative Peru S.A. team, ensuring full accountability, local expertise, and alignment with the company’s mission and standards. At the same time, the project is built on a foundation of strong partnerships with government agencies, research institutions, technical organizations, and local associations. These collaborations ensure regulatory compliance, technical excellence, and deep community engagement.
- Provide expertise in remote sensing, carbon modelling, sustainable agriculture, and community training.
- Collaborate on outreach, technical support, and stakeholder mapping.
- Enable local buy-in and help scale the project geographically.
- Multi-stakeholder platform for knowledge exchange, policy advocacy, and development of best practices in regenerative ranching.
- Imperative Global Solutions is a confirmed member since August 2024.
- Provides research collaboration, student internships, and laboratory support for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Offers research stations, nursery installations, and technical expertise for soil mapping and seedling propagation.
- Guides compliance with Peru’s climate and carbon market regulations (RENAMI, NDCs, VCS methodologies).
- Supports carbon credit registration and climate adaptation/mitigation measures.
- Provides regulatory support, technical guidance, and formal cooperation agreements for project implementation and land rights.
- Facilitates alignment with national strategies for sustainable cattle farming and climate action.
