AcClima is committed to listening to the people and communities connected to our work. The Feedback and Grievance Redress Mechanism (also known as MASQR — Mecanismo de Atención de Sugerencias, Quejas y Reclamos) is a free, transparent, and accessible process through which any individual or community who may be affected by the project’s activities can provide feedback, raise questions, concerns, or problems, and find a solution.

You can use this form to submit a suggestion, complaint, or claim/grievance. All submissions are received by AcClima Amazonia’s Social Team and handled with care, confidentiality, and respect..

What you can submit

  • Compliment/Positive Feedback – expression of satisfaction or appreciation regarding our work.
  • Suggestion — an idea or recommendation to improve our work.
  • Complaint — dissatisfaction with something related to the project.
  • Claim or grievance — a concern about a specific impact or harm you believe the project has caused.

What happens after you submit

Your submission is received by the AcClima Focal Point on our Social Team. We will review your submission and respond within the following timelines, depending on its nature:

  • Minor matters — resolved within 1 week. We will respond to you verbally or in writing.
  • Medium matters — resolved within 2 to 3 weeks. We will respond to you in writing.
  • Major matters — resolved within up to 2 months, where deeper investigation or coordination is required. We will respond to you in writing and provide monthly progress updates until the matter is closed.

You will receive an acknowledgement that your submission has been received, and a follow-up response within the timeframe above. If the matter is complex and we cannot meet the resolution deadline, we will write to you to explain the reason and propose next steps.

Confidentiality and your information

If you choose to submit anonymously, your identity will not be recorded. If you provide your name and contact details, this information will be kept confidential and used only by AcClima’s Social Team to respond to your submission. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
